Very comfortable beds. Clean room. Perfect location staff members very king and helpful. Beautiful building

Cold water in swimming pool. No jacuzzi although provided by the hotel. Dirty bathroom and stairs over the whole hotel.

As previous reviews state this property needs a complete refurb, its is old and dated, rooms appear unclean and we had a balcony that had a cracked window and didn't lock. chewing gum stuck to the bedside table. beds also super uncomfortable. it states breakfast starts at 7am but it was more like 7.30am so they should just say this if they cant open on time. i dont think its worth the price that is charged

No parking. The room is above a restaurant and the cooking smoke get into the room. Very old hotel and fernitures. Very dirty room, public space and the pool.

Location.

Hotel was not clean. Bathroom did not work in the first assigned room. Was changed to a suite but no towels were in the room. Had to request towels from the staff but only got one bath towel and two small ones. There was a fire in the hotel on our floor in one of the rooms and no alarms sounded to alert the guest to evacuate. The staff did not knock on doors to make sure people were clear. After the fire was extinguished the staff opened all the rooms and windows to clear out the heavy smoke.

The hotel was clean and confortable, in the center of Aqaba. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was very nice with us trying to anticipate our check in time.

The hotel is located in a strategic place but the service was terrible; our luggage was held in storage for quite a while; we called the reception to bring our bags to the room but after waiting for an hour, we decided to grab them ourselves. We waited quite long for the towels and glasses. the service was simply terrible.

The room was clean, breakfast each morning was good and the location was excellent. Also, the staff were wonderful!

I was given a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the sea, but there were no chairs or tables to utilize on the balcony. When I requested a chair though I was provided one.

The location of the property is walking distance from the beach and the neighborhood is lively. Their reception staff tried their best to be as helpful as possible but could not do much because of the product.

The rooms are disgusting, dirty, worn out, old and not fully functional. There are old hairs and dust all over the room. The phone was not functional and nor was the tv until someone had to come fix it which took forever. The couches are so disgusting and dirty that we didn’t even want to sit on it. There is no proper light in the bedroom, just a lamp. The bedroom is very small and tight, no space to get out of the bed from one side. The “king size” bed that they promised were two twin beds attached together with different duvets which was very uncomfortable and unfair! I would like to demand for a full refund and we did not enjoy our stay and the pictures they posted for each room as the same and fake as this did not look like our executive suite!!! I hope booking.com take an action on this as we are genius members and very unhappy with our stay. Requesting for a full refund! Also, it was our anniversary and no one even wishes us or recognized it after mentioning it in our booking. It’s shocking to see that this is a property managed by wyndham Worldwide (2nd largest hotel chain in the world).

Conduit smell was interesting, wash-bowl shower was not working well, breakfast concept to be changed - same food whole time, atmosphere like in the catacombs, not fresh food

I booked a room for one adult + 2 children under 12. The problem is that a standard twin bedded room CANNOT accommodate 3 people no matter of children age. And I was charged additionally 15 JOD/night for an extra bed which is not fair. The hotel should never offer same price for 2 and 3 p. in a room as the second option without extra bed is not possible.

An actual King size bed. Bathroom had extra features such as shaving kit, tooth brush and toothpaste. Nice breakfast. Good location for restaurants.

They mixed up my wake up call and request for a cab. I felt bad for the driver who showed up at 5:00AM instead of 6:00.

Nice and relaxed place. Very nice staff and facilities. Best breakfast in Jordan! -we were super happy with the variety of food considering you eat hummus and boiled eggs every day. Pool area on the roof top is cool but the pool itself a little too cold.

Excellent room with nice balcony. Nice swimming pool on the rooftop with a very fine view over Aqaba. Good breakfast. Near all the restaurants. We only stayed there for one night, but if we would coming back to Aqaba, I would definitively stay there again.

The breakfast room is rather dark and depressing, since there are no windows in the room. The hotel needs some maintenance.
